Overview

Store Locator gives your customers a searchable map of stores, dealers, stockists, or other physical locations. You manage the location data in BigCommerce and add the storefront experience with a Page Builder widget.

What you can do​

  • Add addresses with Mapbox-powered address search and position the map pin precisely.
  • Show contact details, opening times, images, notes, and links for each location.
  • Add tags so customers can filter locations by features or services.
  • Create groups and configure different widgets to show different subsets of locations.
  • Choose the channels where each location appears.
  • Match the widget to your storefront with map, colour, and layout settings.

How Store Locator works​

Store Locator has two parts:

  1. The app, where you create and manage locations.
  2. The Page Builder widget, which displays those locations on a Stencil storefront.

The location feed is also available through the Store Locator API for custom storefront development.

Store Locator uses Mapbox for maps and address search. Mapbox has its own usage-based pricing and requires a separate account. See Mapbox costs and the free tier.
